A full set of Classic Cash extensions involves applying a single lash extension to each individual natural lash.
Enhancing length, curl and fullness.
Classic Lash extensions are perfect for a first timer! giving a subtle but elegant look.
Hybrid eyelash extensions are the half way step between a Classic set of lash extensions and a Volume set.
They are great for anyone with naturally fine or slightly gappy lashes, whereby volume fans can be placed in to make the lash line look fuller.
A full set of volume lash extensions involves applying a fan of 3-5 lash extensions to each individual natural lash. Enhancing length, curl, volume and fullness.
Playing around with Volume Lash fans can give you a natural look or a full look.
Definitely for the bolder Ladies.
Mega Lash extensions are fans of 10-14 lashes placed on each natural lash.
These are for those ladies who love that extra vibe. If you love that thick, bold, dark look Mega Lashes are the way to go.
Having a set of eyelash extensions whether Classic, Volume or Mega is in theory no different to having a set of nail enhancements. Once the set is completed they look amazing however, after 2-3 weeks pass natural growth starts to take place and gaps start to appear. Just like with our nails having lashes is a commitment, we need to have regular maintenance or infills to keep them looking full and lushes.
Eyelash extensions are classed as a semi-permanent treatment meaning that if cared for and looked after correctly the synthetic lash will stay attached to the natural lash that it is connected to until that natural lash sheds or comes away.
It is said that on average we can lose 2 to 3 natural lashes per day. Taking this into consideration it would mean that one weeks natural lash loss would roughly be 21 lashes, two weeks natural lash loss would be roughly 42 and then three weeks natural lash loss would be roughly 63. With this in mind it is advised that lash infill appointments are carried out every 2-3 weeks.
YES BABE YOU DO!
Lash extension glue LOVES to be kept clean in order to maintain it's strong bond to your natural lash. Dirty lashes causes your lash glue to become weak resulting in extensions falling off your natural lash instead of lasting the entire life of the natural lash cycle and falling out when the natural lash is shed.
Ever heard of lash mites? No?
Did you know that a lash mite’s favourite meal is dead skin cells? In one way that’s great, they help clean up debris, HOWEVER when there is a lot of build-up of dead skin cells these mites need some friends to help get the job done. Lash mites also leave waste products and can cause irritation around the eye area and block hair follicles and oil passages. A few lash mites are normal and rarely problematic, but an infestation is another story.
Daily cleansing is recommended for clean, healthy, long lasting lashes.
A lash lift is an eyelash procedure that curls, lifts and shapes your natural lashes. Your lashes are extended upwards from the root to tip, creating a longer lifted appearance that opens the eyes up.
Follow this treatment with a lash tint and your natural lashes will be looking on point!
Eyelash tint is a form of hair dye developed for specific use on the eyelashes. Eyelash tinting produces a similar effect to mascara. It visibly lengthens, darkens and thickens the appearance of eyelashes without smudging, clotting or rubbing off.
Eyebrow tinting is all about colouring the eyebrows. Tinting is used to either change the colour of the entire brow or to give a light colour change to the brows. we use a semi-permanent dye to enhance the colour, thickness and shape of brow.
It only takes a few days after shaving for the area to start feeling prickly with hair re-growth. If you wax instead, you could have silky smooth skin for almost three weeks.
Waxing pulls the hair out from its root so it has to completely re-grow, as with shaving it just cuts the exposed hair.
While ingrown hairs can be a common complaint with waxing, they will be far less likely than when you shave. This is because waxing removes the whole hair right down to the root, when it grows back it is thinner and tapered so it is less likely to get trapped under the skin.
When you shave, the hair is cut in the middle of the follicle, so it grows back with a blunt end causing it to get stuck under the skin.
Its all personal preference but silky smooth skin for longer than a day is what sold me on waxing!
Ear candling, or ear coning, is the practice of placing a lit, cone-shaped candle into the ear. It's a form of alternative medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years. The heat from the candle causes a vacuum affect that helps to pull up the ear wax, debris and other impurities cleaning the ear canal.
