When you book an appointment with Moonstone Beauty, that appointment time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments.
Please read the following policies:
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES/NO SHOWS POLICIES
Any cancellations or reschedules made to your appointment within 24- 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the service fee.
Any cancelation or reschedules made to your appointment with less 24 hours notice will result in 100% of the service fee.
No shows will be charged 100% of service fee.
ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive on time all for your appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
Please let us know if you are running late to your reserved appointment time. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment this will result in an instant no show with 100% of the service fee needing to be paid before your next appointment. We can not afford to run behind.
LASH INFILL POLICY
If you arrive with less than 30% of your initial set, you will be charged for a full set. If you're experiencing significant lash loss, please reschedule your appointment to an earlier date to ensure you won't be charged for a full set.
Infilling other lash technicians work incurs a fee of $20, this allows extra time for any work that needs to be done.
PREMATURE LASH LOSS POLICY
If you follow the aftercare guidelines your lash technician provides you with, then your extensions should not fall off early.
If for some reason you are experiencing extensions falling off within 3 days of your appointment we offer a complimentary touch-up.
REFUND POLICY
We pride ourselves in giving our clients the best possible customer service and results.
If you are unhappy with the results of your appointment, we encourage you to communicate this with us, as we strive to give you the best lashes/service possible. No change of mind refunds are offered. Your payment covers products used, time and expertise.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Wearing make up to your appointment will effect the bonding of the lash glue/wax sticking to fine hairs. If you wear make up to your appointment a note will be taken down and if you experience lash loss a complimentary touch-up will not be offered.
Please remove all make up from around the eye area/area to be waxed before your treatment.
Please cleanse your lashes with the recommended lash cleanser making sure the root of your lashes is clean to ensure the best bond possible.
Please note that any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by Moonstone Beauty’s trained staff. No refunds will be issued for reactions however we do offer a free lash removal if a reaction occurs. Please contact the salon immediately if you become aware of any allergic reaction so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
